Only a chef imprinted by amateurity dares to feat

Age doesn't spoil 

Age doesn't make things inherently bad

Flavors simmer, blend by aid of the clock

Savor last week 

Relish the taste of previous days’ triumph

A freshly fermented casserole 

Scooped from a melting pot of disillusion

Will it sting the villi of your senses? 

Did it rot? 

Has it molded? 

Is it stale? 

Not when served on a silver platter.
